Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at Alfaknitt@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Conditions for Non-Refundable Items:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again to ensure the refund wasn’t posted.
Contact your bank; sometimes, there is a delay before a refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Alfaknitt@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at Alfaknitt@gmail.com to arrange a pickup. We work with Bosta as our shipping partner to handle return logistics efficiently.
Please be aware:
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
